How do you sign up?
As a limited service company, our firm doesn't provide buyer or seller
services directly to the public, we only refer consumers to other
Broker's who do, and collect a referral fee for placing that potential
client with that Broker.
Fill out the application on this site, wait for your acceptance email.
After acceptance, we will send you the sponsorship form and Company
Agreement. You return those forms, with your $20 transfer fee, to
complete the process.

Any licensed real estate agent/broker who is not currently working in
real estate sales, but wants to maintain their license and create
additional income at a minimal liability and cost.

What are your financial requirements/obligations to join?
Keep your TREC license requirements, including educational classes
up to date. Because we are a referral only company you will pay
NO Board Dues!   You will pay  $200 per year every January 1st
(prorated during your first year).  Start sending in your referral leads
