refer our leads to full time agents who are actively working in real estate
sales. So we create income by collecting referral fees from the Brokers who
receive the leads. The associate who provides the lead receives 80% of the
referral fees collected. Here's an example:

information. The RRS staff places the referral with a full time Broker who
agrees to pay us a referral fee in return. (We typically ask for a 25% referral
fee, but it can vary). RRS's staff stays in touch with the assigned Broker to
monitor the sales process. The accepting Broker closes the sale and send us
the referral check. We send you 80% of that fee.
